Founder of Cyneric Technologies is a Graduate Engineer (1991 Batch) in Electronics & Communications from Malnad College of Engineering (affiliated to Mysore University). He has worked with leading and reputed Companies Siemens, Datacraft, Linkwell, Adelphi & Antal. Has worked in Siemens Enterprise Communications for 11 Years offering Voice Data & Video Solutions to Clients and was primarily responsible for setting up a wide Channel Network in TN & Kerala. Has worked in Datacraft (Dimension Data) a leading System Integrator for Cisco Systems Globally for 2 years as an Account Manager offering Solutions in the areas of IT Infrastructure, Security, Converged Communications, bandwidth Optimization Solutions, Data Centre Solutions, Microsoft Solutions, Contact Centre Solutions, Managed Services & Training Solutions. Has worked for Antal International an Executive recruitment Company and has placed Sr. Management People in reputed companies. He has worked in Adelphi Technologies offering Power Management Solutions – UPS, across the verticals. He was sponsored by Siemens for Program for Business Managers at IIM – Bangalore a two month in-campus course covering all aspects of business. Has been awarded by Motorola – DTE Division, Singapore - for selling highest numbers of Radio Paging Systems.

20 years of experience in IT sales and support, Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies, has worked with some of the top names in the industry & has handled a variety of markets & verticals. This includes an 17+ years of experience in sales and a good understanding of the industry/ the market/ customer mindsets and different technologies. The scope of his work exposure includes Account Management, Business Development, Channel Development, Transactional and Relationship Business across verticals & geographies. Has a proven ability to manage territories / accounts / channel partners / operational resources effectively and successfully.

Sree Krupa

Co-Founder of Cyneric Technologies is a double graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University and special education from TNOU. She has in-depth understanding of finance and accounting. Currently she is heading the Finance and Administration at Cyneric Technologies.

G.V. Ramesh

He is our trusted Advisor and Mentor, has a 30+ years of experience in liaisoning with Government Agencies for setting up large industries / SEZ’s from scratch. Has a deep understanding of all the Government regulations and policies.

R.V. Pai

A very senior & successful Industrialist with vast experience of 50+ years. Even at the age of 75 Mr. Pai is a very active and dynamic personality, always willing to guide youngsters. He has four companies working successfully to his credit.
